10- Minute Tip - Feel the Sunshine 
Set a timer for 10 minutes of self-care.  
Walk outdoors and feel the sun on your face. Walk. Walk for 5 minutes. 
Take in your surroundings. 
What do you see? People, animals, flowers, birds, trees, clouds. 
What do you hear? Cars, an airplane, birds, dogs, children playing, conversations. 
What do you smell? Fresh cut grass, roses, someone's lunch. 
Now return to where you started and take note of 5 things you find beautiful or interesting.
