5- Minutes - Breathe deeply
Breathe in deeply. Count to 4.
Clear your thoughts and focus on your breath slowly filling your lungs.
Hold your breath and count to 4
Now exhale slowly counting to 6.
Repeat 3 times.  This mini meditation will calm your mind and refocus you on the important things in life. Smile. Shine momma:)
